An ideal spot for our 3 nights in fascinating Lecce. The small apartment is beautifully and artistically designed for the travellers every need. The expansive deck with its views, tables and comfortable seating is a huge plus. We even liked the apartment block's marble stairs and the wee elevator! Arturo is the perfect, generous and charming host, immediately responsive, genuinely interested and caring. The car park is tight but with Arturo's help all was fine. It's a huge plus to have this parking space. We loved our time in Lecce, it's fascinating multi layered history, fascinating architecture, beautiful colours and wonderful food. Special thanks to Arturo.

Absolutely lovely host with great advice, delicate attention and amazing sense of service despite our late arrival. The flat is perfectly effective for 3 adults and the terrace has a definite wow factor over the new and the old town for aperitivos or morning coffees. All of that at an unbeatable price. Location was excellent! Close to grocery, bakery , restaurants and the Centro storico. Facing the piazza and we were lucky to experience the pizza music festival. Host was helpful and full of information and welcoming! The view was impressive.

The apartment was clean, in a great location less than 10 minutes walk from the old town centre, and the balcony is huge and incredible to sit out on during the afternoon/ evening with a beer!

“Just perfect in every way”

The appartment was just perfect. We had great weather so the giant private rooftop terrace was a big plus for us. Arthuro carried our bags to the topfloor and was great for tips. Very helpful! There is a elevator to the 6th floor but the last floor is with staircases. The garagepark is small but very much needed. The location was great, everything walking distance. Arthuro thanks again for the great stay. We would stay here again.

The apartment is small but has been well fitted out and there were some thoughtful touches. While the interior is compact the roof terrace is extensive and well furnished for outside eating and seating.

We really loved the apartment. Its compact on the inside but the outside space is huge! Communication with the host was brilliant. He is a total gentleman. Paying the €7 per day for parking in the basement (its a tight space only suitable for small cars) was well worth it to save the hassle of meter feeding etc. The location is excellent. Within a 5 minute walk you are in the historic center of Leece and all it has to offer. There is a very nice supermarket two blocks away. The coffee shop at the building entrance did great drinks and pastries. We felt totally safe throughout our visit and would definitely stay again. Grazie mille! Damien and Tess

The location is fantastic step outside and you are in a very smart area with everything you could want and in 5 mins walk you are right in the beautiful historic centre .The huge terrace is such a great asset and we cooked and ate on the terrace several times .Being on the 6th floor it is also very quiet and not overlooked at all. The owner was very kind and helpful

Excellent location and an easy walk into centro storico Lecce but there are also good bars, restaurants and shops near by. The terrace is huge and lovely for having coffee, meals or just lounging. Arturo is an excellent host and provided coffee pods, olive oil and condiments plus a bottle of wine! The apartment is very well laid out and the kitchen is compact but we prepared several meals during our stay. There is even a toaster which is unusual for Italy and it was very quiet.

Really good place to stay in Lecce, and with a very convenient parking spot on the same building. 5-10 minutes to the old town by walk, but already on a nice neighborhood. Stunning terrace, but a cozy apartment inside too, with all you could need for your stay. Everything was clean, and spacious enough, with several details for the guests. We really felt welcome.
