“Extremely disappointed and when planning future trips will steer clear of this chain.”
I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool. The heater in the pool was broke therefore we couldn't utilize it. I traveled with 3 special needs kids 6 years and under that are in the spectrum. They benefit from water therapy. After a five hour drive and being promised to swim upon arrival we couldn't. The insulation between the door and outside is so poor it sounded like we were sleeping curbside. Every bit of traffic could be heard throughout the night.

“Trouble with reservation and getting a satisfactory room”
Breakfast was okay. Waffles and scrambled eggs with cereal and milk or instsnt oatmeal. Coffee and several juice flavors.Also an apple to take for later snack.They had an elevator to reach 2nd and 3rd floor. Plenty of hot water and clean towels.The king bed was soft with lots of pillows.

“Don't think they are up to brand standards!”
Stayed in 3 different rooms the stay in the last room was terrible had bugs and cockroaches crawling in different areas. Housekeeping staff was nice but the lady at the front desk was horrible. I asked for a late check out she came pounded on the door and told me to get out.

The bathroom was not very clean. There was dirt and mold in the corners of the floor. Also AC unit was very noisy. It sounded like a train.
