“Needs a facelift/refresh asap”
The staff were friendly, and it's an easy walk into town. The bed was comfortable and I liked that there was a fridge in the room. There was a pretty new TV. The room size was great.

“Horrible”
Charged $400 for one night and could not sleep the whole night and it ruined our entire trip. You can HEAR every single word the people next door are saying it felt like we were in the same room. This is hotel problem not a noice complaint. The rooms are build extremely poorly. The Christmas lights were also on all night which lit up a good portion of the room even with the blinds shut. Would never stay here again. Will be leaving a bad review with video proof of the noise we had to deal with all night.

Looking a bit tired. Room needs updating, but still not too bad. Nice area. Could do with a bit more privacy in the rooms. Could hear the couple in the adjoining going at it like rutting Buffalo 😳

“A clitchy fun place to visit. Would not want to live here.”
Not a bad place for $100 considering the location which is withing walking distance to the core center. The room is rather large.

Had a smoke free room that smelled of old smoke. Water was rusty color in the bathtub when first turned on. Tub was old, chipped and dirty looking. The whole hotel could use a remodel.

Excellent motel in downtown Leavenworth within walking distance of restaurants and the river/island trail. Clean, quiet and roomy. Two sinks - perfect for sharing the room. Nice balcony. Good, protein breakfast and tasty coffee. Loved the no-pet option when booking rooms - bravo!
