Property matched the picture. Price to value for the Leadville area is very good. Room was clean and location is great. Have options right on the same block as you and can walk to the center of town in about 5 mins.

“Just stay here, I promise you won’t regret it”
This is one of my all time favourite places to stay, it looked kinda average from the photos but got such great reviews and now I know why. The secret weapon at Timberline are the smart, caring and kind staff who always take time out to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. I have never experienced anything like it! Also - the rooms are modern and cool, the location is amazing (walk to everything locally), bed is out of this world comfy, and you get smiles every day from staff who care (and if you’re lucky/- some pretty interesting convos 😝) I miss them already! ❤️

Really modern, all the facilities were excellent, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great location on Main Street. Would highly recommend!
