The place definitely has a lot of character. The family that operates it lives on site. The rooms were nice and clean. It’s close to the main street where all main restaurants and bars are. Walking distance.

Experiencing the family’s children in the communal areas and the assistance given to explore the local areas. The property seems to attract many US and international travellers either competing or exploring the fabulous Leadville environment. The host’s children are a testament to their parenting style. Quite admirable.

It was a quaint building very close to the Main Street. Good for a family experience. Inexpensive place, friendly staff.

Breakfast was good. It is like eating with your family, children everywhere. But they were surprisingly quiet. The room and communal bathrooms are very clean.
