“Not as expected”

Friendly staff and nice swimming pool

We stayed at the villa with our small child, our main purpose for the visit was kitesurfing. Very friendly staff — we had several issues in the villa (the washing machine wasn’t working, the coffee machine broke, and there were some problems with the air conditioning), but they fixed everything literally within 5–10 minutes. We could hardly believe how fast they reacted, and they were always very kind and helpful. In the end, everything worked perfectly. Another highlight was the cleanliness — everything was sparkling clean. We stayed in a villa that was extremely spacious. It didn’t feel very luxurious, and there was some noise from the neighboring lavatory and ongoing construction, but overall we still enjoyed our stay a lot. The village is located at a kite spot (wind 6 of 10 days). Unfortunately, the sargassum makes the beach less attractive for swimming unless you are there for kitesurfing. The pool was clean and very nice, and the food was good. We would definitely recommend it!

That was one of the best holidays I had in my life. Amaizing stuff, very lovely and really open to help. We spent a week there and found many friends (hi to security guard Arthur 😊 from french ukrainian couple). The room was magnificent and exactly like on the photo. Our room had a view on main pool and it was awesome. We barely had any noise. Main room is well isolated from outdoor, so it was always cold inside, while for the kitchen there is fan. The room was in the good shape. As for the hotel policy, cleaning is on you but they provide everything needed and for us it was perfect. For the bungalows, each bungalow has a private terrace and usually you dont have any vis-a-vis windows/terraces. Recommendation to ask for house on the "main" streets for those who like more space in front of them. The territory of complex left us speechless. It is well preserved and you see that they are taking care of it. It is really green and pleasant for a walk. Swimming pools are exceptional and well maintained. They have a big parking for cars. Also, you can buy tours directly at the hotel for really good prices+you can get advices whom to contact if you are searching for something different. Also, there is a pizza bar next to the pool that works only in the evening where you can buy something to eat. Otherwise you can go and eat in the town. As for the sea, 5 min walk from complex you have a direct access to the sea and ucpa sport center but it is a bit different from other beaches on the island. It's mostly grass (not sand) and you need to walk in the water for 10meters+ to swim. On the location, it is the best location ever. We rented a car (for Martinique it is must) and were able to go wherever we want in just 20-30min. No traffic jams, magnificent nature. There is also a supermarket 5 min away by car from the hotel. In a conclusion, it is a great value for its money and it has everything needed for a perfect holidays.

The village is nice, beautiful garden.

The room, pool facilities, and accommodations were good. The staff was very polite especially because I speak little French. The staff still was able to assist with making my experience comfortable.

All equiped bungalows, with dishes and all staff for self-cooking in the integrated kitchen. Swimming pool. bath + pool towels included. location near kite surfing spot and south of island beaches (plage des salines) and hiking (la savane des petrifications). some typical restaurants at Le Vauclin village (ex chez Marie Alice) + grocery available)

“Good beachside stay”

The location is great for water sports where wind and waves are required! The bungalow was clean and the kitchen was well equipped and as stated. The pools were nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

No internet on arrival (was given a mobile router for the room), no toilet paper, no hand soap, poor shower system (like 25 years ago system), broken towel rail, broken toilet seat, bent kitchen table etc. Everything in the room was the lowest possible quality. No food/drink/bar facilities open (blamed it on Covid which is not true as everything else on Martinique is open). Had to carry out laundry and garbage to dumpster outside the property after our stay. Had to sign 5-6 documents on arrival (probably signing my life away). Seems very unprofessional and distrusting customers. Will never stay here again.

“Relaxing holiday enjoying Martinique”

Nice and calm environment in a palm forest. Excellent swimming pool. Easy access to the beach very appreciated by windsurfers and kite surfers. Independent cottages. Staff very friendly.
