It was truly a comfortable and welcoming space, and everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and perfectly located. I really appreciated the attention to detail. It made my stay feel like home, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to others.

The key was placed in a box inside the mailbox which we were not told that it did not require a key but had to be opened by force. The key box is very difficult to open so we thought we had the wrong code so it took us more than 45 minutes to get into the apartment. The apartment was not cleaned at all, the bed linen was so dirty that we slept on top of our coats for the first night until we washed the bed linen, the dishes were not washed and were stacked like that in the kitchen cupboard. The apartment is full of bugs and cockroaches. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet bowl, the shower cabin is full of mold, there is a water heater above the sink from which water drips on the head of the one who washes himself. The TV is not working.

The appartement is well equipped with everything that you need (e.g. for cooking, etc). The bakery for your fresh baguette and croissant in the morning is literally next door. The nearest metro station (station "Hoche") and a supermarket are 5 minutes by foot. There is one double-bed and one sleeping couch (also double size). Both are very comfortable. The host was very friendly and the handover of the keys (key box) is well organized. We felt very comfortable during our one-week stay with our daughter (10 years old). The house in which the appartement is located, looks a bit old from the outside (see also Google street view). But don't let that first impression fool you. The appartement is very nice on the inside. ("Never judge a book by its cover"). I would book it again if I go to Paris again.

Convenient location near the metro station. Excellent value for money. The owners were responsive. Lots of storage and plenty of space for 3 or 4 people.
