Located in Le Pontet, 7 km from the centre of Avignon and 14 km from the Parc des Expositions, Face West Le Pontet (ex Akena) offers free WiFi. Parking is available on site and guests can take a 20-minute bus ride into the centre of Avignon from just outside the hotel. All rooms offer air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom. The only hotel we have stayed at over the last three years touring by bicycle who have refused to allow us to charge my partner's electric bike. That's once in over 100 bookings. Every option I suggested was unacceptable.Thanks!

“Clean and affordable room, 10min drive away from Avignon”
I booked a private room, with a double bed and its an ensuite bathroom. The room is nice and small, so you could feel a bit packed. The bed is large, with a fair enough good mattress. For this room, there is an ensuite bathroom, small and optimized, that comes with a power shower, with hot water, a toilet and a sink. All were clean. Towels are provided. No kitchen available for guests, microwave available though. Breakfast available for 8.5eur. The WiFi is good. Located in the heart of the activity area. 10min drive to Avignon (parking area). Many drinking/food/entertaining place options nearby. The owner, Rezak, is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

I will have to complain about your hotel and give it a bad score, because the air conditioning doesn't work in this heat and if you open the window, insects come in, to which I am allergic and I suffer from heart problems and in this heat, it becomes very dangerous for me. If the air conditioning didn't work, they mentioned it in the booking and I chose another hotel. It is unacceptable for the hotel to have air conditioning on Booking. I want to claim the amount I paid for the room, as I am suffering from the heat and will certainly not get any sleep. I can't open the window because of the insects that bite me all over and I'm allergic. Thank you for understanding and refunding the amount I paid.
