“Location made it adequate. Otherwise, zero customer service.”
I was sent the code for the barrier and the mobile caravan number to locate the correct one. When we got there, there was a key lock box and no-one available to help tell us what the lock box code for the key was. I went politely waking people up and searching for any yellow light, meaning hopefully someone was awake and could give me the owners number to call...it took 40 minutes to get into the mobile home. The French man helping said the lady owner said she had sent it to me in my emails. Nope and none in spam. We arrived later than expected and had 3 children under the age of 9 needing their beds. I had no idea there was a lock box otherwise I would have been organised and asked in advance to know what that code would be also.
