Extremely attentive host who has a lot of eye for detail since the property was immaculate. Everything was spotless and everything was thought of. We got fresh goat cheese from the local market and tips on where to go in the region. Host actively asked for feedback after the night and at the end. Fabulous place to stay.

We just loved this property. Beautiful design and the attention to detail was impeccable. Loved that Sebastian provides his guests with L’occitane products - a real treat after a long journey. Sebastian was the best host - we are journeying by bike and he very kindly drove us to ‘Grand Frais’ so we could buy our evening meal. Amazing value for money - if you are ever travelling this way it is worth a detour.

Just spent a wonderful relaxing week at GSand Le Clos du May. It made an excellent base for exploring the many attractions of the area. Sébastien was such a gracious host, and the apartment was very comfortable and tastefully decorated.  Quality bed linen and towels made it feel luxurious, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need for our stay. Thank you Sébastien, we take away fond memories and hope to return.

Sebastian was just the best host. He was so informative and helpful on our choice of restaurant. A great place to stay.

“In the middle of a small paradise”

This is a wonderful cottage house in the middle of a small paradise, just 10mins away from Chateauroux. Nicely decorated and very efficiently equipped. Room was clean and quiet; bed was very comfy. There is a separated living room with a kitchen Bar and a veranda with access to a beautiful garden. The house is very close to a forest and offers very good opportunities for bike ride and walk. But the best part is the host! Despite my late arrival, Sebastian insisted on welcoming me and during my stay he was always helpful and in great mood. This is 100% Hospitality. If you travel with EV, there are many fast chargers in an 8-10km range. Chateauroux offers many nice cafés and restaurants, but if you love culinary experiences there are several Michelin listed dining places within a 30 min range. Traveling alone, in couple or with family, this is a great place to stay, and I highly recommended it.

We liked Everything .The host was not available due to working away but he kept in touch through out our stay and before the stay. He arranged for his mother to meet us with the key and she was amazing so friendly and welcoming. Made to feel at home. We will stay again nothing was too much trouble. Everything you needed was in the gite. We wish we had book longer.

I was staying for the Paralympic World Shooting Para Sport. The location was perfect for me. Not too far from the venue but far enough away to be in the countryside. The owner, Sebastian was very kind, helpful and Welcoming. As a solo 64 ear old female I felt safe and secure at all times 😊 The large tree in the garden was magnificent!

Sébastien, the delightful owner, welcomed us at the entrance & showed us around the beautiful gite. He has spared no expense in providing every possible comfort / luxury. Private parking, very well designed gite ( well equipped kitchen, lovely shower, comfy bed…) And he was kindness itself when he found that I was taken to hospital in the morning with the awful respiratory viral infection. He called several times to see if he could help in any way. What a lovely man ! And a lovely gite ! Thank you dear Sebastien ❣️

What a great place this is! It is a complete house and really super cozy and decorated with attention. A complete kitchen with even a dishwasher and washing machine, table lamps everywhere and nice home accessories. You even have your own private garden with seating and you can also use the large garden. The spacious bedroom has a wonderful bed and we slept great because it is very quiet. The host Sébastien is a wonderful sweet and warm host. We will definitely come back!
