We were a group of 4 travelling on 4 motorcycles. The house is located on a modest hill a few minutes walk from the centre of town. There are plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants close by with a couple of large supermarkets a few minutes drive away. There is on road parking outside but the house has a huge attached garage accessed by 2 electric doors facing the road. This would be large enough to accommodate probably 10 motorcycles or at least 2 cars. Security is consequently not a concern. The house is on 4 levels including the ground floor with the living areas on the first & second floors so probably not suitable for those with mobility issues. There is a large well equipped patio area on the first floor with enough furniture for about 20 people, with stunning views over the town to the surrounding mountains. The house is well equipped, in great condition & was very clean. The house is managed by a service agent located in the town just a short walk away & they are very helpful if you need additional keys or have any questions. Bedding & towels are extra, payable on arrival at a very reasonable cost. Cleaning is an extra or you can just clean it yourself which is what we did. **There is a €1000 deposit required on a credit card**
