Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and evening meal, comfortable room with view from the balcony down towards the town. Fantastic location - a few minute walk away from the bustling town centre, easy parking, very close to the funicular.

“Lovely hotel with exceptional staff.”
Easy to find with ample free parking. The staff are exceptional, speak very good English and we were made very welcome. The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. There are nice views of the valley. The town centre is just a short downhill walk away. We chose to eat at the hotel and we were not disappointed, the food was excellent and very well priced. We will stay here again in the future if we are in the area.

“Picturesque location at Le Mont Dore”
Location is great with stunning views of the mountains and the township. Room was larger than expected and Indoor heated Pool was clean and enjoyable

Breakfast was excellent, good spread with fresh cooked "crepes / scrambled eggs" bar. Evening food we had once was execellent, staff spoke excellent English thankfully for us.

“Lovely brief stay - will probably return!”
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very warm throughout and very comfortable bed. Kettle and drink in room. Good shower and pool was exceptionally warm. Free parking. Excellent breakfast choices.

“Very enjoyable”
The hotel was lovely and the staff were really helpful and pleasant. The evening meal was good and there was a good choice at breakfast, really set you up for the day. There was some lovely scenery and good trips out. The walk into town was easy.

When we arrived the car park was empty , the shutters were pulled down and there was nobody there . The hotel looked run down , we left and stayed else where
