Overview
Located in the Camargue’s delta, Le Maray is 100 metres from the beach and the city centre. All rooms are air conditioned and feature free Wi-Fi access. Free public parking is available nearby. Guests can choose between rooms overlooking the fishing port, or the hotel’s courtyard. All of them feature a telephone and a TV with Canal +. They are either equipped with a shower or a bathtub. A continental breakfast is available every morning by the Le Maray’s restaurant, at an additional cost. Guests can enjoy it on the terrace while waiting for the fishermen to come back. Le Gruau Du Roi’s train station is 800 metres from the hotel. Guests can visit the city’s Seaquarium or take a 10-minute drive to Aigues-Mortes’ medieval city.

“Unexpectedly pleasant”
A two-star hotel with a three-star-plus generous size of room and bathroom. Good airconditioning, very quiet. We were allowed to leave our car parked, in the enclosed area, beyond our check-out time. Good-sized TV screen, good wifi, easy to connect.

“Good time in Le Grau du Roi”
Le Grau du Roi is nicely situated, you can easily drive to Aigues-Mortes or other places like Arles, St. Maries or Montpellier. Le Grau is very crowded and city centre is not very charming, you can find very good restaurants like L'Ancre - but hundreds of low quality souvenir shops as well. We liked the location of Le Maray Hotel. Directly beneath the little harbour but also within 5mins walk to the beach or central town of Le Grau. Le Maray is a solid 2* Hotel. Our room had good size. It was cleaned every day. Staff was friendly and helpful but reception was not open all the time. Breakfast was good but bit expensive for what you get. We had our own parking space for 5 Euro per day.
