Very friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant. Attentive service. Room was clean and beds comfy. Quiet at night. Walking distance to La Rosay lift or bus stop across the road from hotel with frequent ski bus. Food was well portioned and good quality with exceptional value for half board.

Location - in the heart of the village, easy to get to, bus stop right outside. Parking - 3 options to park nearby with a detailed map from the hotel. Facilities - 2 restaurants to choose from in the hotel, spa was great - we spent a lot of time in there! Loved that there was a French market on Wednesday morning through the village, staff at reception were always friendly - we loved our stay - thank you!

The hotel is beautiful with flowers around the outside and the location is very central in La Grand Bornand. The jacuzzi and sauna were nice and reception was open til 10pm so we could arrive late. Free parking with reserved spots a little walk from the hotel.

Fantastic location with gorgeous views. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was comfortable and clean and a travel cot with mattress was in the room ready for us.

Excellent hotel, and amazing restaurant with great selection using a lot of local produce. Have been to Grand Bornand many times and been in the hotel's bar but this was the first time staying in this hotel. We were half board. Breakfast was great, with croissants from the local bakery and a good selection of cheese/fruit/eggs/bread/coffee. Dinner was excellent, with a suggested menu each evening with soup/starter/main/cheese/desert included, or if that didn't suit you could order from the menu. We really liked having the suggested menu as it meant we ate a number of things we may not have otherwise. Spa facilities good including sauna/steam room/jacuzzi. Fairly small but plenty of towels and we always had a relaxing time in there. Room - classic ski chalet style room so a lot of wood and not huge but big enough. Comfortable beds, good shower etc We shall be staying here next year no question.
