The location was excellent, both for the ski lift (the bus stop is right outside and it’s only 3 stops), and for the town (just a 5 minute walk). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tub is lovely after a day’s skiing - you have to book your half hour slot in the morning and it works perfectly. You don’t need to book for the sauna or steam room. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Friendly staff and seamless check in. The room was lovely and enjoyed our balcony. Very good parking for motorcycles behind the hotel. A fantastic base to explore this beautiful area.

Our family suite was exceptionally spacious & comfortable and was maintained and cleaned every day to a really high standard. The breakfast offered every morning was excellent and the staff were really friendly & exceptionally helpful. The spa facilities were a real bonus, which we made use of every day upon our return from the slopes.

Hotel was in a perfect location. The ski hire shop was accessible via the hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating both in the hotel and in the ski hire shop. The bus stop was virtually outside the hotel and transported you to straight to the ski lift station. Continental breakfast in the morning was nice with an adequate selection to choose from. The sauna and steam room were great but the icing on the cake was the outdoor jacuzzi with an amazing view across the mountains. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb.

Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast to start the day. Able to hire ski equipment from the hotel, with discount for hotel guests. Ski storage provided. Ski bus stop right outside, just a couple of minutes to gondola. This made getting to slopes really easy. Good size room, well laid out for family of four. Small spa with hot tubs, steam room and sauna, children able to use spa facilities with parents. Hot tub booking system worked very well, we were able to enjoy use of the hot tub every evening after our day on the slopes. Great views. We will definitely return.

The hotel is super clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the location is great. Walking distance from the town centre and its restaurants and shuttles going to the pists stop right in front of it. Also great to be able to finish a day of skiing with a nice spa break.

Access to the spa (2 jacuzzi), ski rental shop in premises, ski bus 10 m away, ice-skating just nearby. Easy access to pittoresque city centre and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good.

The Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The hotel location was just outside the centre of the village within easy reach of the restaurants. Good spa facilities ,well used after trecking in the mountains. Staff very friendly and helpful.

charming hotel clearly worth 4 stars the spa is great, the outside jacuzzis are a must, the breakfast is good and the rooms are beautiful. you also have a great restaurant next door and a ski rental so that’s perfect location with a parking as well.
