Nice central location. Plenty of parking in the square. Apartment was above the Dry Cleaners on a quiet side street. Double bed, sofa and en suite. Pubs and shops close by. Great hosts and fabulous breakfast.

The property was central with easy parking. The room was spotless & spacious with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent & the owner was really friendly & helpful.

Breakfast was exceptionally good. Very good en-suite bathroom, sizeable comfortable room, wonderfully welcoming hosts.

“Great stay at Maison Lapeyriere”

We liked everything about it. It was exceptionally clean. Lovely bedroom with a really comfy bed and also a sofa. There was a kettle with several different teas and coffees which were replenished each day. Great bathroom with lovely clean fresh towels which were changed each day. Fresh fruit,yogurt,bread and pastries at breakfast. Really nice coffee and great jams. The area was ideal for us as restaurants and bars were in walking distance. Easy safe parking. Colin and Polly were really friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful with places to visit and where to eat. All in all a fantastic stay. We would highly recommend a visit.

“To break the journey”

The accommodation was easy to find just off the town main square where we were able to easily park for free. Situated above the hosts launderette the accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming as was the host. The room and en suite were clean,large and well equipped and everything worked as it should. The room overlooked a road and the traffic noise was noticeable at times but there again we had the window open because of the heat. The bed was very comfortable and a tray with electric kettle and cups and glasses for drinks was a bonus. The host had useful suggestions about where to eat out in the evening which we took up and had a lovely evening at a local eatery cum brochant cum mini mart who were also very welcoming although we hadn't booked. The breakfast was excellent, fresh bread and croissants, fresh fruit salad and yogurts and cereal. In all a very pleasant stay in a town we didn't know and usually bypass but I'm sure we will now return having visited once.

Thank you to the hosts, Colin & Polly, for being so hospitable and kind to a solo traveller. I visited Maison Lapeyriere whilst house hunting in the local area. The chambre is ideally situated in the centre of le Dorat, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and very well presented. Colin and Polly were incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, going above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay comfortable and happy - they even invited me up for an aperitif one evening to make me feel welcome and offer advice. I shall be delighted to return - highly recommended to everyone.
