Jayne and Paul are the perfect hosts. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable but not intrusive on your stay. Le Sellarie at No17 are 2 gites adjoining the owners home. 1 x 1 bed, and 1 x 2 bed gite. We stayed in the 1 bed which was beautiful and had been done to such a high standard. We were lucky enough to be the only ones staying, so Jayne kindly showed us around the 2 bed gite, as we will very likely be back in the future. They have done a stunning job. Each gite has it's own area to dine and relax so we would have no issue booking if others were staying. The grounds are more than big enough to find your own space. The pool was wonderful! Clean, well maintained and so welcome in the sunshine, of which there was plenty. We loved it so much that we decided to stay another night (unplanned). We were lucky our gite was free. This property and experience is fantastic value for money. The town of Le Dorat has a train station, so easy to get to and the town is steeped in history. We were driving around the area, so visited many sites nearby. Supermarket nearby as well.
