“Beautiful in great location for visiting the Dordogne area.”
We didn't have breakfast at the property. But the dinning room looked lovely as did the rest of the property and the gardens. Great location. The garden were superb and the hosts very welcoming and helpful.

The staff and owner were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was great and just what we needed during such a hot Summer. It was my Bidthday and they let us use the dining room for my celebration.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful: they really made us feel at home. Breakfast was fresh&varied and we loved the peaceful garden. The pool was clean and refreshing; perfect after a warm day. We’d love to come back!

Amazing mansion in quiet area with pool and nice terraces. Staff was very helpful and drove me to resturants (for a fee). Very nice breakfast.

“Things didn’t work”
The air con didn’t work, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the mini fridge didn’t work. It was frustrating and difficult to manage with young children. We left early. This is a rip off place.

Lovely hotel run by a delightful couple, Michelle and Ann-e. They could not do enough for us and made our stay very special. The hotel has a echo of the Far East as the owners have constructed a Chinese garden which is wonderful to wander around.

“Absolutely loved it! Superb place for a long and relaxed stay in the Dordogne”
We stayed at the Manoir Bellerive in August and absolutely loved it from beginning to end. The room was spacious with very powerful aircon, great little fridge and wifi. Really comfy beds. Particularly loved the large swimming pool overlooking the Dordogne and the delightful grounds with exotic plants and lily ponds. The local area is great too - very convenient for shops / restaurants at Buisson de Cadouin and the amazing river beach. The highlight of the stay though has to be the very warm welcome and relaxed yet professional approach from Michele and the team. They are obviously putting 1000% into the whole operation and you can tell in the level of care which felt more like a 5 star boutique hotel. We definitely hope to return one day!
