Check-in process was super easy, the rep was waiting for at the villa and explained where everything was very patiently and answered all our questions. The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing, it was enjoyed by the whole family. Everything in the villa has been done to a great standard. Location is amazing with Gardaland and the lake not too far.
