“Excellent stay, wonderful hosts, great experience”

Everthing was just perfect

The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The hosts, Daniel and Kathrin, are very kind, helpful, and ready to explain anything you're interested in. The location is great. We walked to Gardaland — it's about a 20-minute walk, and only 10 minutes to the lake. There are many restaurants and pizzerias nearby, so food is not a problem. Once again, thank you to the hosts!

Our accommodation in Italy was simply perfect! Everything was thoughtfully arranged, so we felt right at home. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed—coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher—we lacked nothing! We were especially thrilled with the numerous insider tips that led us to the best activities and sights. Katrin and Daniel, the owners, were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available and regularly checking in to see if we were doing well. We can highly recommend this accommodation and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The location is close to Gardaland and Lago di Garda. The apartment was big enough for a family of 4(2 adults and 2 children 8 &13), very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen, a sufficient big fridge with freezer and in the closet there were extra blankets and pillows if needed (we got there and it rained so an extra blanket was welcome 😊). Daniel was a very welcoming and accommodating host and when he saw it was raining he went the extra mile to recommend things we could do during rainy days especially for kids. We also had various flyers about all attractions in the area, restaurants and also Daniel recommended some, so if you go there without a plan...it will be easy to make a plan on the spot 😏) It gave us the feeling to be actually at home. Thank you, Daniel for everything! It's a lovely place and for sure we'll come again.

“Stayed 4 nights with a wife and two kids in JAN”

The location was perfect to discover the area. 3 Min drive to well organized supermarket Migros 10 Min to Lasize, 30 Min to Malcesine or Sirmione, Max 1 hour to Riva del Garda, the farest part of the lake from the studio. The host was very kind, the studio was well heated (I stayed in JAN), and they prepared some toys bag for my little children. The kitchen was really well organized so we could make our own breakfast or lunchbox for our days here. I could see how the host is professionally prepared, from those small details of arrangement.

“Wonderfull apartment for family vacation”

Very good location, close to the lake. Parking space available in the courtyard. The apartment is spacoius, clean and very well equiped with all you need for a wonderfull vacation: confy beds, tv, kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwashing machine, coffe maker, pots, pans, etc. The bathroom is big with an enclosed shower and bidet. Restaurants and shops very close by. Short walk or drive to Gardaland. The host is very kind and helpfull with any questions you may have.

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touch of having snacks, tea, coffee available in the apartment was a delightful surprise, and the presence of a coffee machine was a great convenience! Parking is the in front of the apartment. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating, always available to assist with any questions or needs we had. Additionally, the location was perfect for visiting Lake Garda, Gardaland making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Very family friendly! 10/10

“Warm, cosy, perfect for out family.”

Location is perfect, within walking diatance from Gardaland, very close to Movieland, very close to the wonderful town of Lazise. Everything is spotlessly clean. Car park is possible on property. Very good restaurants just in front of the house. The owners have everything well prepared and organized so everything went smooth, even without any actual contact.

Very cosy, spacious, well-equipped. It was bigger than in the photos. Super comfortable big bed. Very relaxing shower. Loved that the sink was separate from the shower and toilet. The hosts were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

“Summer cycling vacation”

The appartment is very well equipped and was super clean with free parking available. Daniel, the host, was very kind and helpful already prior to my arrival, sharing cycling tips around. The location is very good, especially for cycling, between the flatter land south of Lago di Garda and close the the hills to the north. There are multiple nice restaurants (c. 5-7) within approx. 50 meters. Public beach at Lago di Garda is close, c. 5-8min walking distance. Very satisfied!!!
