“Excellent location in a clean spacious apartment”

Great location, host left some toiletries and things to wash up with which were very useful. We stayed in one bedroom apartment with lake view number 11. We could watch the sunset from the balcony. Each room has air conditioning so the lounge and the bedroom. Each room has a shutter so very dark at night. Bathroom spacious and clean. Used the washing machine on bottom floor for €3.

It was very spacious with a good sized balcony in a good location to the centre and the lake. There is also a big supermarket only a 5 minute walk away.

It is our second time staying in the Residenza Sante and we love it and will come again for sure. Apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with all necessities with big balcony. Swimming pool is very private, clean and children- friendly, but also offer calm relaxing feeling. Lady from the reception was very helpful and kind offering help when needed.

The apartment and building was very very clean. The location was perfect - near to shops and restaurants and the main part of Lazise. Anna was extremely helpful. Apartment 12 had a wonderful view.

The property is a 5 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the lake front and amazing town centre of Lazise. Yes you have to cross a main road but this isn't difficult and certainly doesn't detract from the quality of the stay. We crossed this road at the crossings daily with our children aged 4 and 9 with no problems. The pool is immaculately kept as are the public spaces the apartment we stayed in (no 7) was very spacious and well equipped, the AC was amazing especially in 35 degree heat! Cannot fault these apartments, we highly recommend not only the town of Lazise for the beautiful authentic Italian lake stay but also these great apartments for a base to explore.

Great localisation in Lazise! Near Old town, lake Garda and Despar . Best place to visit Verona and Garda mountains. Sweeming pool with comfortable garden.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room and the pool was well cleaned. The hotel has a very nice location near the lake and the city.

I loved my stay here. The places was great the staff was nice. it was kept immaculate. There was a main office so any queries you could raise it. Loads of facilities and you were given everything you needed.
