Clean, comfortable accommodation with a nice pool and small playground. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The location is great for a walk into Lazise or drive to surrounding lake towns.

“The best place we stayed around Lake Garda, would give 11 stars :)”
The best place we stayed around lake Garda. Car is needed. Place is very beautiful, and all the buildings has a story to tell. Our attic apartment was very spacious and beautiful decorated, has everything what we can need,. plenty towels, beddings, small sachets of coffee, oil, salt , pepper in the kitchen. the pool is big, very nice green surrounding. Loved this place, would definitely comeback.

The place was clean and inviting with everything that a family needs to have a great trip. The reception clerk was very nice and helped us with everything we needed and even when we had a small problem with the shower it was fixed almost immediatly

Everything was actually perfect. We had a family vacation with 4 adults and a six years old kid. Pool was nice and clean. Water was refreshing when the weather was +27 sun shining. Location is really good, couple kilometers to the Lazise. Lidl couple minutes away by car. We had a car, the parking lot had a lot of space, easy to park. The apartment was big and clean, well equipped. The yard is very lovely and calm. The staff was excellent, nice people with good language skills and happy smile! 😊 Everything worked just perfectly for us.

“Pleasant stay with good value.”
The Residence is absolutely beautiful, with great facilities on the outside ( outside dining table, playground, pool, pool beds, clean and well cared for gardens, super nice building architecture…), but on the inside I found the place uncomfortable. There is not much taste in the decoration, and the rooms look dark. The shower is so small, you can hardly turn around in it, and we also didn’t appreciate arriving rather late and tired, and had to dress the beds ourselves. With a little imagination, you can surely make the rooms look happier! :) It is a nice location though, to settle and quiet down if you want to visit the area for more days… it was nice to lay by the pool even mid April, as the weather was warm. But for a short stay, I wish we took an accommodation in the historic town, and enjoy more Lazise and it’s amazing sunset! 😍

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. It is terrific to have a laundry to use, free of charge, during our stay. The bathroom, hot shower, and heated apartment were wonderful. The pool area was great. I went for a dip despite the cool water! Summertime stay would be divine by the pool. Reception & check in was good. Thank you 😊

“The place is very clean and well organized. It has swimming pool and safe parking.”
I like that they have their own gate and our car was safe. I already like the peace and quite. Their rooms were clean and bery comfortable bed.
