Hospitality, professionalism, kindness of team, location and view. The accommodation is very cozy and kids loved it

The setup: guests have their space for breakfast, parking, swimming pool making it more personal. The breakfast is complete and finally no waste: there is a basic offering on top of which you can order extra and it's prepared on the moment. The rooms and facilities are new and curated. The area is quiet, short distance from the center.

Service was very very good! And I absolutely loved the breakfast and the pool with the great view! :)

“Great place to stay and relax”

This property is strategically placed to see the wonders on west side of Lake Garda (and not only), while being very well managed by Andrea and whole team there. By car you can easily get to good shops, great pizza, north side of lake on the shore car way, Molina waterfall park. By foot, beaches within reach from which Fossalta is the best to swim along swans and ducks. If you have kids, they'll enjoy it, if you don't, this can give you the mood to increase your family :).

everything was absolutely perfect, it’s the first time I have seen such a pretty apartment on holiday, the beds were comfortable, everything was really clean and the apartment itself was well located, also the housekeeper was super friendly and very helpful with any questions that came up, would definitely stay again :)

“Fantastic stay in Lazise”

Such a beautiful property overlooking the lake with olive groves. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and it was only a 2km walk to Lazise which was a fantastic place to visit.

A perfect silent paradise on lake Garda. I was able to work on calls and have peace and quiet.

Large, clean, well-equipment cottage. Beautiful view from the terrace to the mountains and the Lake Garda among the olive grove. I recommend for people who come with a bicycle. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly owner.

“A little piece of paradise in the countryside of Lazise”

A Wonderful welcome from the owner Andrea! His staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and check in was made very easy. Mornings were always very relaxing at Breakfast with many delicious home made cakes, and a wide range of fresh food. The view over Lake Garda is magical, surrounded by peace and quiet. A safe 15 min walk down to Lazise town along the pedestrian road. I would love to go back next year… a great little find!

Fabulous little find! Friendly, welcoming, breathtaking view, excellent and comprehensive accommodation. Property was very clean and well kept and breakfast was always delicious - plenty of choice and always fresh produce and home made cakes. The owner, Andrea, was attentive and always happy to help with his local knowledge. Thanks Andrea, planning the next trip already!

“A gem at the lago di Garda”

The Hotel is wonderful! It has an amazing view and in the evening you can see the sunset. The pool and olive tree gardens are beautiful, just like on the pictures. My room was renovated, with a new bathroom and a comfy bed. I slept perfectly on the mattress, even with my back problems. Everything was very clean and every room has an A/C, so ist cool, even if it’s hot outside. Andrea the owner and most of the staff speak very good english. The breakfast is delicious, there’s always fresh baked goods and eggs are prepared to your liking. Andrea even managed to get me some gluten free things for the breakfast! They prepare fresh lunch with home grown vegetables, it’s incredible! It is so delicious, I do really recommend getting some. I had a mayor problem with my car after arriving. Andrea went out of his way to help me and settle everything for me. He was a real life saver and i couldn’t have managed without him. He is a really good, super frendly and forming host that makes you feel welcome and at home. I was a solo traveler and i always felt safe in the Hotel and the property. The Location is perfect. It is a little up the hill, so you have a perfect view of the Lake. It is surrounded by a olive tree garden and not crowded, so it is the perfect environment to relax. The Hotel is very easy to find and the parking lot is right next to the house. Walking down to Lazise takes only 30 minutes.

How they managed to fit all that 4 ppl could need in a small pre-fabricated bungalow. The area around was great, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Great breakfast with a good selection for different tastes. 5 communicated well for late checkin and gave useful hints. The location was great, just 5 minutes away from Gardaland and even closer to the other theme parks in the area, yet it was quiet and immersed in nature and with a great view of the lake.

Andrea at the Reception is such a friendly and interesting Guy. The Room were clean and yu have a good view to the lake. I would go there again.
