Wonderfull staff they've always been excellent.... There are plenty of gaming to enjoy.. Very nice lighting and the facility seems to be well maintained....

the carpet in the room was dirty and the bathroom had hair everywhere. when i called for housekeeping I was told there was none and that they only clean before and after guests. place is run down

“Excellent Value - Fairy Tale Type Exterior”
Beautiful place. Ample room. Looks like a fairy tale palace outside. Casino is across the way, when you enter Keep RIGHT, do not follow Casino signs to casino parking garage. That's not you! There's a walkway to the casino building, lovely cool decor, but you will smell like an ashtray when you return to the hotel. Gambling and smoking always sisters, but the hotel is on a quiet area a long walk from the casino, so very very peaceful and tranquil, surrounded by gardens. Great value and a half hr from Cincinnati. Price is great too! Unbelievable!
