“Fabulous location. Adorable town and friendly atmosphere. View of the river and great walking path.”
Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Loved the location in quaint town with shops to walk to and river outside. Restaurants, casino and path along the waterfront for walking or running.

“It sucked.”
I'm handicapped. I was not offered a handicap room. They could not switch room..as they where during an audit. They did not answer the phone at the front desk.

Wonderfully comfortable beds, large room with supersize bathroom. The warm cookie greeting was appreciated along with the friendly, efficient staff. Food was nicely cooked. A/ C was quiet and efficient. Convenient location to downtown and scenic levee walk.

“It was a good stay, I would stay again if in the area. Staff is outstanding!”
The people at this hotel are amazing. I needed a late check out to take a meeting - only 45 min, when I asked they did not hesitate to say yes and marked it on my room. I only needed 30 minutes, but when I checked out she asked how my meeting went! The Starbucks lady is great and each night we got a drink or ate at the bar and had a different server and both nights the women were so genuinely nice. I would go back for them alone! The room was a nice room, outside of the WIFI and counters not clean! I would still go back in every time I am in town.
