Beautiful old property with spacious accommodation and view over Laval. Good instructions received as to where to park and how to access the hotel, although it’s not like a hotel at all. More the top floor of someone’s house.

A beautiful building. However we thought we had booked into a Logis Hotel, when in fact it was a private home.

An old house with a quant spiral wooden staircase to our accommodations. To access the garden there are 30 stairs down / up. Garden delightful with great views. Very close to the town centre. Accommodation consisted of a large bedroom with chairs , table, and comfortable bed. A small adjoining seating area with our private bathroom off the side.

Beautiful property and the location was great Good parking,Not private but a very quiet dead end road ,So no problem parking my Motorcycle. Very friendly people with a Breakfast of choice in the owners lovely dining room. The room itself was very large and spacious

Lovely period building with great character. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. Location was excellent in Laval and suited our needs brilliantly.

Spacious room and bathroom up a wooden spiral staircase in a very old house. View of the castle and town from bedroom window. Convenient entry using a key safe. Undercover bicycle storage at the back of the house. Superb breakfast served in dining room.

The location, once one had worked out which was the house, was quite wonderful, with an unsurpassed view of the Château de Laval. Parking was unexpectedly easy, too.

Lovely house and.very convenient for the town, but quiet.

I am unable to leave a review because we could not find this Logis, through roadworks and closed roads. We stayed in the Ibis instead, which was excellent. I am sure the Logis is very good, if you can find it. We used Google Maps. Booking.com need to put a proper road map, and a plan, and an explanation on their site of where exactly it is, and that this is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty walking, having read the reviews of the difficulty people have had finding it, finding their way in, falling over in the dark, and the steep staircase up to the rooms. Others like my wife, may have pacemakers/defibrillators, which hinder their walking, or may be incapacitated in some other way. We obviously lost our money having paid in advance.

What a great place to stay! A little bit like an escape room to find our way in but well worth the effort! Through from a narrow lane a short walk from some good restaurants, into an elevated courtyard with beautiful views over the town, up an ancient wooden spiral staircase to a simply furnished flat with very thick stone walls. Great fun.

Everything was good in the centre of Laval great room easy access in and out and a couple of minutes from the centre with parking outside

Charming accommodation in an historic building with great views of the castle. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location in the centre of town. Very welcoming host.

I preface this by saying the weather was awful, not the properties fault. The property was completely empty because the owners were on holiday, took us a while to find our way in. It was clean, lots of space, OK it was huge, comfortable and a good central location. Loads of character but that spiral staircase - not for the faint hearted. Good breakfast. If only the sun had shone!
