“The property is located in a residential area, it seemed safe & quite.”
The property was sufficient for 5 'biking' mates. Rooms were more than big enough (there were 4x rooms with 2x single beds with one pair sharing the room) with a massive shower / ablutions. There was lashings of hot water available. The kitchen although 'compact' was more than adequate for our needs. There was tea / coffee etc in the cupboard. There was also an open area where we could sit, with a small table. There were numerous 'TVs' in the rooms, but, we didn't use these. Wifi was quick, better that mine at home to be honest! The house was entered from the road though an automatic gate. This opened onto a quite drive which we felt safety enough to leave the 5 motorbikes outside. We were to receive the fob for the gate & for the door. There is a 15-20 min walk (downhill) to Laval town centre which was quite busy & has some quite nice bars, restaurant, eateries etc.

The host was very friendly, flexible and even offered to pick and drop us off from the train station. He made sure that we settled in well. There is also a bakery nearby for fresh bread/ snacks.

“Beautiful house in Laval”
We had the main part of the 2-storied house. The bedrooms are large and comfy. The lounge is beautifully presented and the kitchen had all that we needed. The hosts were amazing. Great place to stay.
