“Perfect location and apartment for couple or family.”

It was clean, had everything we needed, beautiful location looking out to the mountains and down the valley with a stream nearby. It is only a short bus ride or 1 km flat walk to the train/town centre. It was a nice welcoming touch to be left a bottle of bubbles and some chocolates. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location. We were blown away with the spring time view from this property. Whilst a little way out of town - a bus services the route. - we enjoyed the quieter area and the walking tracks from the location situated near the two camping grounds in Lauterbrunnen. A representative of the host company was in contact with us to arrange a meet up at our convenience and stayed for close to an hour showing us maps, giving us information and answering our numerous questions. We would definitely recommend this ground floor apartment / chalet and would love to return one day.

- Complimentary bottle of Freixenet upon arrival. - The location is PERFECT. It has a wonderful view from the terrace. - The kitchen and the apartment is fully equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer... Just missing some disposable kitchen towels. - Protected parking space (although tricky to open at first). - Good wifi connection. - Enough toilet paper rolls (highly appreciated). - Fluffy towels. - 2 different types of pillows (highly appreciated as usually Swiss-German-Austrian pillows are usually different and too soft). - Coffee and tea, and toiletries included.

Spacious property, extremely clean and well equipped. Good communication. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Lauterbrunnen. Set along the road from the main street the property was in a quieter location. Loved the outdoor seating area with views of the waterfalls.

The location is perfect. It's a 10-minute walk to the store and a 5-7 minute walk to the nearest pub. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had more than enough utensils. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco, which was a delightful surprise. I had a hair styler with me that didn't fit any of the sockets, so we contacted the host, and they brought us an adapter the same day. Check-in was at 4 PM, but we arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage, which was extremely convenient. We couldn't hear any other guests, and spending evenings on the veranda, overlooking the Staubbach waterfall, was magical.

Location was absolutely perfect!! Straight opposite Staubbach Falls and under 1min walk to bus stop to get in/out of town centre & train station. Host was very responsive and helpful. Apartment itself was amazing and beautifully styled. Was like our home-away-from-home!!! Had absolutely everything we needed for several nights' stay - including the little things like washing detergent for the washing machine. Person who met us with the key was also very helpful in providing information about the area. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation

Definitely a gem. Apartment is clean and extremely spacious l.. i love it especially sitting on the front porch listening to birds chirping and the sound of waterfall. Waterfall was illuminated with lights at night. Property is few stops, 3-5mins bus journey from central.

The exterior door from the hallway to outside would get locked from the inside and you literally could not exit the building without a key. That is a MAJOR safety concern during an emergency. If you misplace your key, you cannot get out of the building. Yes, there is a way out of the unit onto the patio but still, a door to exit a building should not have the ability to lock like it does. Someone even put a note on the door not to lock from the inside but still it was locked every morning.

clean, comfortable and lots of space

we liked absolutely everything! beautiful location and view of the mountains with a waterfall, the house is tidy with a large terrace. Bus 141 stops near the house and will take you to the ski lift in 10 minutes. The owners of the house are very friendly and will help you with any questions. It was the best 3 days spent in Lauterbrunnen for the new year!

The television was not working on arrival which was sorted out after contacting the owners. The apartment had a strong smell of food/cooking which never really went away.

“prefect place for relaxing stay”

the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk away from the “main street”. from the patio there is a wonderful vie of the waterfalls. the kitchen is well equipped and as parents of small children we appreciated the baby cot, high chair and bag of toys that was available.

Size and location of apartment relative to local transport. Bus stops every half hour outside of apartment block. Bottle of wine provided on arrival.
