The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is available. In the light-flooded winter garden of the Silberhorn Hotel you can enjoy the closeness to nature and a breathtaking view. The sun terrace offers panoramic views over green alpine pastures and the almost 300 metres-high Staubbach Fall. All rooms feature solid wooden furniture and a private bathroom. Some of them are in a chalet 20 metres from the main building. Fine Swiss specialties and a rich buffet breakfast can be enjoyed in the Alpine-style restaurant. The alpine-style restaurant will delight you with fine Swiss specialities, PIZZA FROM THE WOODEN OVEN and a rich breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very close to the train station, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. However, our room (No. 62) was located behind the hotel in a separate building that required us to go outside the main hotel to reach it. Although the walking distance was short, we found it inconvenient. The room's view was of the mountains rather than the waterfall. The floor was made of stone, and no slippers were provided. The bathroom was also quite old. Overall, we were not very satisfied with our stay.

It is a beautiful place close to the bahnhof and the waterfalls. The view from our balcony was really nice. The staff was kind and the breakfast was really nice. Would totally recommend it.

“Great stay in Lauterbrunnen”
Location was great, central with beautiful views of the mountains and valley. The staff were all helpful and kind. Our room was larger than expected with plenty of space and a super balcony. We enjoyed the restaurant in the evenings for drinks, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone.

“Hotel Silberhorn, Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland”
The location in Lauterbrunnen is much nicer in my opinion than Wengen. The valley is just stunning for views. The hotel room was very modern, comfortable, clean and nice. And the staff were friendly and accommodating!
