The property is a well-used family home with its own little idiosyncrasies, but also all the perks of this eg kids toys, first aid supplies, childrens' dishes, etc. As a host Andrea was superb, responding immediately to fix any issues. The location is great--close to everything but in a quiet, beautiful area. And for the space and facilities I thought the price was a bargain compared to other properties closer to Naples.

Very nice location in a calm and green valley close to the sea and beautiful Salerno Gulf coast , also close to commerce/shops including Mozzarella di Bufala producers. The swimming pool is just amazing with great view over the valley, it made our holiday funny and enjoyable for kids

“Amazing experience”
We had an amazing experience at Villa Santulli and a great communication with Andrea the owner. The villa is simple inside but it got everthing we needed. Outside the garden is magnificent and the swimming pool at the top offers a wonderful view. As per our request, Andrea arranged for us a pizza chef that came to the villa and cooked pizza for us. We also had a problem with our car coming on our way back from a near town and he called for us a recovery unit. It was a great holiday

We had a great experience at Villa Santulli. Andrea is a great host and tried to accommodate all our requests. The villa is the perfect solution for families and children loved the pool

“Calm, very idyllic and enjoyable - house is great for big family!”
Such an idyllic location, with amazing views! The house is very rustic, which I like very much. Home from home for sure. The open BBQ and pizza oven is such a big hit for all the family. The house is close to many amenities and only 8 minutes drive to a wonderful beach. The food in the region is just delicious and in all honesty I could stay forever!

Nice villa with plenty of space for the family. beautiful garden. superb view atop the hills and the neighborhood from the terraces. swimming pool private tennis court access location not too far from the shore and the Cilento national Parc. great landscapes

Host Marco was super nice and friendly. He showed us the house and neighbourhood. House was big and clean. Garden was nice and big enough for kids to play there. Pool was nice and clean. Highly recommend this villa for family vacation.
