The hotel was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and was also in close proximity to a local town. There were so many options of things to do and places to eat that there was something to cater for everyone.

Terrible Experience – Unresponsive and Unfair Charges I made a reservation at this hotel in December 2023 for a stay from July 16-18. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the trip, and I canceled my booking in advance. However, to my shock, on August 1st, the full amount of €510 was charged to my account. I received no communication from the hotel or from Booking.com until this charge appeared. When I reached out to the hotel, they blamed Booking.com, claiming they never received a cancellation notice. On the other hand, Booking.com pointed the finger at me, even though their system indicated that the booking was canceled. I wasn't aware that I needed to keep the cancellation email for so long, which is a lesson learned, but it doesn’t justify this situation. As of now, I'm still waiting for a resolution from both the hotel and Booking.com. If this issue is not resolved, I am prepared to file a complaint with the Finnish Consumer Protection Agency and the European Commission. To add insult to injury, on August 14th, Booking.com had the audacity to invite me to leave a review of this hotel, despite knowing about my ongoing dispute. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the unfair treatment I’ve received. I strongly advise against booking this hotel unless you want to risk being charged for a stay you never had.
