“Brilliant cottage - look forward to staying again.”
We loved this property - it was the perfect location and base to explore all the sights in the north. The area is very secluded and quiet, with beautiful views over the hills. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for a family of four. The hot tub was great and very easy to use. We have been to this part of Iceland a couple times and would definitely stay here again. There is a local swimming pool but it was closed during our stay. However, we visited many local pools throughout Iceland and they are all brilliant. It's only a short drive into Husavik where we had a great experience Whale watching. Husavik also has a great swimming pool. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

“Great place!”
Perfect location to visit Myvatn area! Great hot tub. Private location, very spacious home with all the facilities you need! Fantastic gas grill! Amidst nature, very silent you can only hear birds! We can highly recommend!

“Large and comfy.”
Very comfortable cottage, with everything we ever needed during our trip through Iceland. Hooks, shelves and plugs in all the right places, exactly where you need them.

“Great stay!”
Warm, cozy and tidy cottage, there was plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub. Beds were comfortable too.

Very nice, spacious cabin. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very good for 4 people. Hot tub was a nice bonus. The host solved the problem with wi-fi quickly and discreetly. Overall it exceeded our expectations, because the cabin in real life looks & feels better than in the pictures.

“Perfect cottage!”
Very good location, close to Myvatn but without any insects which are so unpleasant in Myvatn. Absolutely wonderful hot tube with a geothermal water. Very involved owner. I fully recommend!! Thanks again for stay there.
