Overview
These modern-built cottages are located in Reykjadalur 60 km from Akureyri and 10 km from the famous Godafoss waterfalls. Each of the Einishus Cottages comes with a heated outdoor bath and a fully-equipped kitchen. The light and airy cottages have large windows and spacious living areas, with a flat-screen TV and even outdoor patios with barbeque equipment. Guests will have open views of the surrounding terrain. Laugar is 3 km from Einishus Cottages, where there is a shop, a restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool open year-round. The historic 19th Century Einarstada Church is only 500m from the site. Guests will be 30 km from both Lake Myvatn and Husavik, the whale-watching capital of the North. The surrounding area is popular for hiking and bird watching.

“Mixed feelings”
Good size, space used well, beautiful location. Hot tub was amazing! Birds around the place were lovely to see and listen to. Safe and warm.

“Excellent and comfortable stay”
The key collection process was fuss-free. Once we arrived at the reception, we could easily find our name and house key as described by the host via Booking.com's messaging function. The hot tub facility in the property was excellent and we enjoyed good soaks daily. The cooking utensils, crockery, and equipment were also great - there was a microwave, an oven, and a proper kitchen top. Those features were important to us because we cooked daily.

“Perfect to stay several days”
We are making circle trip around the island, and this cabin is the best one among the others. Cozy atmosphere around, waterfalls, silence. Also hot tub is the perfect spot, we spent several hours there. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. A lot of books about the Iceland.

The facilities in the cottage were good, with a range of cooking utensils which was helpful. The drive was cleared of snow every day which was very helpful.

“Relaxing stay with a magical hot tub experience”
The cottage was incredibly romantic the perfect place to relax. The house was very modern and spacious, actually more than enough for three people. The hot tub was easy to use and wonderfully relaxing. Watching the Northern Lights while sitting in the hot tub was truly magical.

Wow, really nice place to stay. Great location and perfect view of the hills/farms. Each cottage having a hot tub was absolutely ideal. Next trip will book here again. Well done!

Very nice cottages in great location with easy access to Whale watching or Horse Riding. After our busy days out we have enjoyed the private Hot Tub.

Spacious house with big glass windows. The highlight was the hot tub where you can enjoy the spectacular view under freezing cold weather. If you are lucky you may even see the Nothern Lights.
