I loved how one can get a nice, calm, remote feeling, just an hour or so from lively and over touristy beach resorts and/or Venice. For us, the location was perfect. Seeing breakfast options in the morning made me want to stay at least one more night if not longer. Really superb options, fresh and tasty. I happened to stay there on my birthday and I got a small donut at breakfast :) Room was clean, comfortably warm.

The atmosphere, the family owned place just gives you the perfect balance and calm you need in life.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful place. You can really tell from the quality of the accommodation that they take care of the place with love. I liked that they grow some of the food and produce themselves and the food was always perfect. I would love to come back here one day.

The location, the architecture, rooms, and mostly the service from the hosts was exceeding our expectations.

Everything was great and we had a perfect time. The room is beautiful spacious modern and clean and the breakfast is the best with a lot of homemade sweets. We ll definitely come back.

“Immaculately flawless in every way!”

This utterly idyllic agriturismo surrounded by greenery has truly exceeded our expectation. From the architectural design of the building, room, bathroom and common areas to the landscaping of the garden, nothing is left to chance. The attention to detail is evident wherever you look. We had a spacious, scrupulously clean & beautifully furnished room with a high exposed beams ceiling. We slept so soundly in the still countryside in the super comfortable bed and loved the rain shower in the big bathroom. The room was very warm and cosy. Complimentary water is left in the mini fridge. Now to the breakfast which can only be described as a feast. The variety & high quality of what is offered in generous amount are rarely, if ever, seen in Italian B&Bs. We were served tea & coffee by a lovely girl who kept checking if anything needed replenishing. Every item of food is daintily presented on the impeccably laid out long table. Various fresh juices are offered. We remained full until around 5 pm after each breakfast! Last but not least, the entire team led by Martina the co-owner is so welcoming and courteous, from first contact regarding our arrival time to quite a few of them waving us off at check out. It was very heart warming. I cannot recommend this agriturismo highly enough for a relaxing & tranquil stay for those with a car. They did make arrangements for us for a late arrival which was very much appreciated. It is also very good value for money.

quiet, modern room right on the garden. Excellent breakfast with plenty of local products and homemade dishes. Very cosy wellness area. Nice and helpful staff that really make you feel at home. The beach is 10 minutes drive away, and plenty of fine restaurants in the surroundings. Excellent stay overall.

“Exceptional experience!”

At first great location near Lignano (where is Aquapark). The staff is really nice and welcoming. Our room was like in a magazine- shic, modern, cozy and really clean. Breakfast is amazing. The whole experience was relaxing and we will surely come back.

Homemade and local food was delicious. Everything was amazing. Our host Martina was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The location is awesome. This was one of the best bookings we ever had.

+ very nice place with common area to sit outside + really comfortable room with a big balcony + great contact with the owner, we booked our stay the same day we arrived and Martina replied very quickly + aperitif after arrival, so that we could relax after long journey, very good wine + delicious breakfast + dog friendly
