“A hidden gem with very friendly staff and very welcoming owners”

A great place, just a bit off the highway we were entering a tranquil beautiful garden area, smelling of lavender and linden trees. Very pleasant and friendly staff offered us a glass of their own prosecco for a welcome.

A beautiful accommodation near Latisana, with spacious rooms and big comfortable beds. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the most amazing breakfast we have ever had in Italy. Would absolutely return if we are ever in the area.

Dino and his family and the crew are very kind people. The houses are very nice, clean and comfortable. The Pool is very attractive, and we neither should forget the Albafiorita prosecco😀.

One of the best places to be. Beautiful and quiet. Dino was perfecto! Helpt us with anything we needed, gave us a welcome drink and upgraded our room. Breakfest was really good.

The staff were really helpful, they left us a bottle of prosecco in the room as it was our anniversary. We enjoyed a wine tasting and food which was informative and really well presented. The prosecco was incredible We enjoyed lounging and plunging in the pool and reading books . The breakfast was incredible, everything you could want from chia seed pudding to chocolate cake, cheese and cold meat

The out of town location with the main house set back in gardens is stunning, especially around sunset and sunrise. The gardens and house intertwine wonderfully. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom has everything we needed. The highlight was the pool in a relaxing setting. The farm feel was completed with the family farmhouse animals wandering in the next door fenced garden. The wine is excellent and a bottle should be purchased. A special mention to the staff. They are super accommodative and assisted me in arranging all sorts of travel. They were keen to ensure my well being and even packed me a takeaway breakfast, as I had an early departure. Familia!

Beautiful and quiet place. Food was delicious and the facilities were very comfortable and quiet. We were very well taken care of.

We only stayed for one night, passing through on a motorbike. Our stay was exceptional and the hotel was heavenly. We will absolutely be returning next time we are in Italy.
