Overview
Opened in August 2011, the refined Il Fogliano is a design hotel on the sand dunes of Circeo National Park. Set on the seafront on Ulysses' Riviera, it is a 45-minute drive from Rome's GRA orbital road. The modern and air-conditioned rooms have free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Most rooms have a veranda overlooking the private sandy beach. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free on the beach during summer. The rooftop terrace on the third floor features hydromassage pools. il Vistamare specialises in freshly caught fish and has a spectacular dining room with big windows overlooking the sea. Meals are served on the terrace in summer. Il Fogliano Hotel New Life is a 25-minute drive from the seaside town of Sabaudia. The property can organise horse-riding lessons nearby and guided tours of the Ninfa Botanical Gardens, Circeo National Park and the Pontine Islands.

“Nice place for event and part but not good as a hotel”
The restaurant was nice and had a good view. Staff were friendly. The hotel was right at the beach. However the beach was not clean, we were slightly off season and they had nothing to seat at the beach

“A stunning view and an exceptional breakfast”
The hotel was very nice and it exceeded our expectations. A free parking place was available. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was extremely clean and quiet. We got an upgrade and, the view was stunning.

We could not sleep, as the hotel was also hosting a very noisy party - the whole building would shake with the noise! The management has to decide whether it is a hotel or if it wants to hold raves....

“fab location on the beach, excellent rooms, top notch restaurant.”
very friendly staff on arrival and throughout our stay, Max at reception was great, went above and beyond, booked a dinner table and suggested the best time. staff in the restaurant were fantastic, suggested a fabulous started and main and even a top notch wine. they do have dj's and live music, and they made us aware at booking and on arrival.
