“The staff was very accommodating”
The staff of the hotel was very helpful when I asked for a change of room due to a neighbour noise during the evening/night. I was travelling for work and needed to rest and someone had the clever idea to play guitar in the evening and watch TV at an incredible load volume. The next morning I ask the reception if it was possible to move rooms to a quieter area and they did!! Forever grateful for that. The restaurant staff was also very helpful with diet restrictions (gluten).
