From the idyllic location just outside the beautiful town of Annecy to the plethora of outdoor activities one could persue this place was the perfect location for our family vacation. Gery met us on our arrival and oriented us to the facilities and its amenities. The house had 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuites (the other two bedrooms were smaller but still adequate). The view of the surrounding landscape from the principal bedroom upstairs and the outdoor space were superb. The common areas - dining and living rooms were well laid out with plentiful seating for our group. We made use (weather permitting) of the outdoor space offering a swimming pool/hot tub, and dining. Thoroughly enjoyed the basement gym and table tennis. We went into Annecy on market day, had some gelato, ate in the local restaurants, rented bikes and cycled the trail along Lac Annecy, paraglided, and did a mountain hike. A very active holiday! While Annecy is a long drive from Paris (more than 6 hrs) and this is an expensive property to rent we were very happy with our choice to spend time in this region of France.
