Our host, Anna, was truly wonderful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great location, beautiful apartment with modern facilities, including great aircon. Quiet little village on a hilltop, which an occasional bar at the bottom of the park, making for an idyllic holiday stay location. Easy access to many places around Tuscany. And the hosts are very responsive should you need additional household goods during your stay.

“Anna Maria provides a warm and welcoming apartment in an amazing location”
We loved everything about our stay. We were looking for a traditional hilltop village, and Laterina is just that. We were looking for the opportunity to visit special Tuscan locations, Chianti, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Florence, and we visited all of these and more, although it is beneficial to have a car in order to do so. Anna Maria was so welcoming, making our trip extra special… thank you Anna Maria. The apartment was very warm and comfortable, with everything you need for a longer stay, including a balcony area, which was welcome on the sunnier days. This is a perfect place to relax or as a touring base.

“One of the best holidays!”
We loved it all! What a beautiful village and stunning apartment! Anna Maria the best host ever, so helpful and lovely, and her husband too. I cannot recommend enough and cannot wait to go back! Car park is only 250 metres away and always a lot of spaces available. Stunning views and friendly people in the village. Great location, we travelled by car or by train. Trully lovely place!

Absolutely perfect. Very friendly and helpful hosts, beautifully furnished apartment in a nicely restored house in a stunning old town. Very good bed, well equipped kitchen, and the host was of great help with assisting us with the parking of our car. 100% recommended.
