“Horrible, waste of time and money, very bad experience”
Nothing, I've been to others hacienda's before which were better organised and welcoming their guests with love and attention to details. For the price I've paid I was expecting much better services from the management and staff. Everything was horrible, staff is unprofessional and rude.

Most staff did not speak English. Property manager gave us wrong information that cost us a lot of time. Credit card terminal did not work which again cost us a lot of time.

The food was fantastic.The staff were some of the nicest people I have met. We also did a few excursions (horseback riding, visit to local rose farm as well as a high end vodka distillery tour and tasting) that were both beautiful and very interesting.
