“Perfect holiday close to nature”

Waking up to the sight of green fields, mountains and forest, with bird song instead of the alarm clock should say enough. Fantastic for the kids as the venue has things for them to play with (zip line, swings, slide, kids bows, toys) as well as they can participate in farm activities tending the animals. Nothing short of perfect vacation surrounded by nature. I have only words fo highest praise for Katarina (owner) and her husband, they are making sure everything is as fantastic as it can be.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area. Kitchen is fully equipped. You can order breakfast which I recommend (everything is homemade). The host is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the farm.

We had a perfect three-night stay at Farmstay Pirk, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The place is beautifully located, peaceful, and incredibly well-organized — a true hidden gem in the countryside. The apartment was exceptionally clean, cozy, and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail has gone into making it feel like a home away from home. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The farm is also very child-friendly, and our little boy had a wonderful time exploring and enjoying the open space. It was the ideal place for a restful getaway with the family. Katarina, the owner, was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and her breakfasts — made with fresh ingredients from the farm — were absolutely delicious. We wholeheartedly recommend Farmstay Pirk to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature with all the comforts of home. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very kind host, beautiful view, fresh air, clean and spacious accomodation

Beautiful chalet in a quiet area, still not far from a good restaurant ;) run by amazing and generous host. The kids (3.5yo) loved taking care of the animals and discovering the farm, they were able to play with so many toys and activities available for them, amazing stay!

I have never met such an unpleasant owner - after paying for the stay - she started changing the rules of the stay - and at the end she called me a "liar", scandalous!!!

It was quiet with a beautiful view. The kids loved the place, nice walks, zip line, swings. They could feed the goats with vegetables which was a huge experience for them since we are living in a big city. Katarina was an exceptional host, we felt taking care of during our stay.

This was the first vacation since we got our daughter where we managed to actually get some rest and enjoy it :) The farm Pirc is located just above the Laško town, on a hillside with amazing view. Beautiful wooden aparment was fully equipped and spacious. We really liked that the kitchen was also fully equipped so we managed to save some money by preparing our meals. All around the apartment there are plenty of playground equipment and a lot of farm animals, so our daughter was never bored. The town of Laško is also family friendly with beautiful park and playground, and walking trails on both sides of Savinja river. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and even though they were busy with farm work they threw the pancake party for us and the guests next door. All in all, we think this is an amazing place for families to visit and enjoy the beautiful Slovenia :)

This is just perfect, scenery is beautiful, perfect for families with kids but even for adults only. Very clean, shoes left by the door which made it excellent for our crawling baby, I didn’t have to worry about hygiene. We will surely return!

The view and the place is just wonderful. The house is just lovely with all the animals and nature all around. Kids (8 and 10) enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommended for a pleasant family holiday.

Pirc is a great place! Wonderful environment, nice view, beautiful, clean, well equipped houses, amazing owners. Our children loved it! They could play with animals all day long, and enjoyed all the nearby activities like hiking, adventure park etc. We will go back soon!

We had an apartment with a fireplace. It offered ample space and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, and the beds are cozy. The Smart TV allows you to watch Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. The fireplace works perfectly and is easy to operate. Katarina was very friendly and helpful. Towels, bed sheets, and everything else were in great condition. There are plenty of activities for kids. The drive time to Lasko is 4-7 minutes, depending on the destination. Apple juice and eggs are very tasty.

We spent 3 nights in that lovely place. The owner Katarina is super friendly and welcoming person. We stayed in red apartment where is nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room and large balcony. Also our 2 dogs were welcomed (extra cost 10.- eur for small and 15.- eur for large dog/night). There is enough space for walking everywhere around the property and lot of hiking possibilities in the area. Free parking right next to the house. It was cold outside, but apartment was really cozy and warm. We enjoyed our stay even now in January and I can only imagine what a idyllic paradise that place is during warmer months when everything is blooming around. You can buy also home made ham, juices, marmalade, apple vinegar etc there. If you like peaceful place in little village in middle of nature and farm life, but still close to markets, restaurants etc, this is the place you are looking for.

Apartment was super clean and very well furbished. It has everything you need. Host was great and always available in case of any questions. We will definitely come back one day :)

Very peaceful scenic location with many farm animals on-site and fresh home made food offered by hospitable Katarina. The house is a great combination of modern style and carefully saved family's inheritance which gives a warm touch and cosy atmosphere. There is plenty of space and many facilities for both adults and kids. Crockery and bedding are also high standard. Would 💯% recommend.

“Paradise for small children”

We visited for the second time and wished we stayed longer, next time we'll come for a week at least. It's a great place to relax for parents as children have a lot of places to explore, they're able to "help out" with the animals. The view from the farm is amazing. We loved the homemade breakfasts with ingredients from the farm. The hosts Katarina and Saso are very gracious and welcoming. Lasko itself is a very picturesque town with the Savinja river flowing through it, the famous Lasko brewery, and the pools at Thermana are great. Nearby Celje has many museums and the castle to explore. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.
