“They are dishonest and would not honor a confirmed reservation.”
Made reservation. Got confirmation. Showed up the staff working saw me and told me they have a room at $35 per night. I to showed he r my reservation (I had confirmed reservation for $25 per night) All of a sudden here was no rooms left. Even though I had the confirmed reservation. I asked her about the room she just offered at $35 per night. She said that's the only one left in hotel and it cost more even though I already had confirmed reservation. I first told her I made reservation on bookings.com. She said oh bookkings.com no its not good it has problems. I then realized and told her I actually made on a different website Agoda. The woman saw me and offered me a gringo price in all actuality I know far to well as I spend a lot of time on the island. The hotel it self is not appearing is not located very well and the lady who was the staff popped out of a room and I was not even sure if she worked there by her appearance. I don't usually leave reviews but BEWARE as I showed up after 8pm and was left without a room at that hour after spending the day driving as I came from Punta Cana and was tired and juts wanted to relax a bit.
