“CENTRALLY LOCATED.”
Easy access to downtown and beaches. I was able to park at the front of a construction site. When the building is done the parking will have to be on a side street. Hotel is down a very small alley. In another year parking will probably be much less easy.

“Nice Host, Bugs in the Appartement”
The host was really nice and made the room ready for us, although we arrived early. Room was quite spacious. Theres an equipped kitchen as well. Apartment has a balcony. Beach is in about 5min walking distance.

The location feels a bit unsafe. The host left the keys with a housekeeper who was very difficult to communicate with despite us speaking both Spanish and French. We had no wifi during the stay and the passwords provided by the housekeeper didn't work. In the meantime, the host only responded to my email about the wifi after we checked out (we only stayed on night, arriving around 5pm). There is no kettle or water dispenser and a lot of small things in the apartment seemed broken or fitted very loosely.

“Terrible”
Terrible place. No wifi. No hot water. In the last 2 days we didn't have water at all in the apartment!! Also no door in the bathroom. I cannot recommend of this place.

Now, after reading other comments I see that it wasn't just unique problem with water and guy who told us that water doesn't work because someone "didn't show up to fix the pomp" was a lie. Well so I rate the place even lower...

“Big but problematic”
Apartament is big and spacious, just spotless. You have kitchen (but not well equipped) Coffee machine, free drinking water Big bathroom, comfy bed.

The Appartement l stayed in was one of about 3 that contained the house called " Villa Kate" and is owned by a French Woman , who was,nt present at all during my stay. The Woman in charge, to deal with the renters is a local dominican ! I stayed in the lower Appartement. Besides 2 small cockroaches, which showed up at the first evening , the place was fairly clean. Apart from the night of valantines day , when "Neighbours celebrated" which noisy music up to 4 am in the morning, the place was usually quiet... The Appartement is just a 10 to 15 minutes Walk away from the Central Beach area and malecon.

“Central, practical and enjoyable”
Convenient and easy - Rosamene let us in when we arrived and the accommodation had all necessary amenities. The location is very central and we enjoyed the local and laid back feel of the place
