“Very nice studio, perfect location!”

This place is nice. The bedrooms are spacious with a kitchenette and fans. I thought not having ac would be bad but actually the ceiling fans were a great alternative. The location is amazing, you can walk to everything (supermarket, the beach, restaurants, the bank). Its great! There were an accident and my room was flooded. When i told the owner i was placed in another room even better than my original room. First i was supposed to go back to the original room but to avoid moving around, the owner let me stay in the new room. There is a closed parking and a big mango tree so if its the season, you can get free mangoes everyday! There is also a security guy posted 24h.

The kitchenette was nice, also the terrace in front of the room. Everything was clean and tidy, including the garden. Big plus the big privet parking lot.

Fantastic stay, felt like coming home. Marco welcomed me so kindly from the first second and made me feel so comfortable. The woman at the bar was also super helpful and kind to me. I came with my small dog who was calm and enjoyed the place very much as well. Everything was super, super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great. The pictures don't do justice, this place is a hidden gem for sure. Thank you for the perfect stay, I will definitely be back!!

“Peace in the middle of everything”

Perfect location, close to everything. I personally have found it very peaceful, and I enjoyed the lack of "real windows", as it felt like sleeping in open air. You can hear some noises but fully managable and I slept like a baby. Yes there are some mosquitos but absolutely not dramatic, and they offer every possible remedies like electric bat or anti-mosquito smoker. Kitchen is well equipped, and there is a bidet in the bathroom. There are many cats in the garden, you can decide if it's a pro or con to you.

The space is really comfortable, there are many perks like good wifi, a small terrace with each unit, and great water pressure in the shower with working hot water. Marco was very easy to communicate with. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet place close to the beach and other tourist spots.

perfect location! less than 5 minutes waking to the beach, close to everything you need and very safe. the apartment is new, large and nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable, there is a bidet and warm water and a very good Italian restaurant. but the best thing about this place is the kindness and availability of the owner, which I am truly grateful for all the help. absolutely recommend to everyone! (also incredible deal for quality/prices in las Terrenas)

Pleasant appearance of the grounds, with nice flowering hedges and trees and freshly painted apartments. Well-stocked little kitchen. Cleanliness was exceptional. Good location near beach, restaurants, and entertainment. The Host, Marco, was very responsive to any requests.

Location five minutes from the beach. Plenty of storage options. Lush surroundings. Anti-mosquito weapons.

It was easy to find and I felt welcome when I arrived. Studios are clean, good size and with a very well equipped kitchenette. Each room is independent, with a little terrace in front. The parking is a nice plus and the location is also good as it is in the village a few minutes walking distance to the beach, close to all facilities.

The location is perfect as you can walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The whole residence is beautiful with the garden and the restaurant inside. Marco was very welcoming and available during our stay. The studio is spacious and comfortable. Parking is secure which is definitely a plus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nord est and I cannot recommend it enough! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From providing fresh towels and linens to leaving coffee and snacks in the kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The location was perfect, walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. I truly felt like a local during my stay. I also appreciated the clear communication and easy check-in process. It is in a cull the sac, next to a busy noisy street. It is about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are as shown in the pictures. Good for a few nights stay. Not a dream hotel, nor a dream location
