“Flawless cleanliness, amazing breakfast, and pure relaxation”

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Mahona Boutique Hotel and only wish we could have stayed much longer. After a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, this was the only accommodation where we felt completely safe, comfortable, and able to genuinely unwind and relax. The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance, and the entire property has a beautiful, curated boho style - we were especially in love with the seashell lamp in our room! The staff is incredibly attentive, and their care for the environment and daily upkeep of the beautiful grounds is highly noticeable. Room cleanliness was flawless; the cleaning staff came every single morning to wipe everything down, empty the trash, and replace the towels. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic. Everything was so delicious that we couldn't choose just one option and happily accepted everything they offered every morning. The French toast was an absolute revelation, incredibly tasty, while the croissants were unbelievably soft, the eggs were juicy, and the variety of fruit was perfectly chilled. To top it all off, the homemade fresh juice was phenomenal. We cannot praise the hospitality and the wonderful staff enough, and we will definitely be returning to this beautiful oasis in the future!

“Close to beach, good breakfast, relaxed vibe”

The breakfast at the b&b was lovely and the close knit vibe also felt safe and chilled. Only 2 minutes from the beach bars and restaurants!

“An excellent stay in a little slice of paradise”

The hotel was very peaceful and quiet with all the amenities you may want - e.g., bar, pool, massage room, breakfast area. The rooms are a very good size and all come with a lovely porch area where you can relax. The hotel is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast is very generous and was a highlight each day.

Mahona Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem! The people at the reception (not sure if they are the owners, but regardless) were amazing. Anything we needed, they took care of quickly and with a smile. The room was very nice and spacious, comfortable, and beautifully kept. And the breakfast was simply amazing—fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to the day. We truly loved our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place is small with a few rooms, it’s cozy, inside the nature, very intimate. The room is small but cozy, the breakfast is good and fresh.

A tranquil paradise oasis a short walk from the beach. Fabulous breakfast, super helpful staff, a pleasure to return to in the evening after the madness and heat of the town and benches.

It is a very quiet and relaxing accommodation. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the yard and garden are like an exotic oasis. Very friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast make you feel like you would like to stay longer :)

“Cozy boutique hotel in the heart of Las Terrenas”

A super nice, small boutique hotel just a few min walk from the beach and the restaurant and bar area. The hotel grounds are small and so cozy, very gree and makes you feel you’re in a jungle. The pool is cozy and clean. The included breakfast experience is unique. With fresh squeezed maracuja juice, warm croissant, a crape and omelette. The breakfast area is verycozy with attention to detal.
