I like the concept of this place. A bunch of small houses with a nice pool. Would definitely go back.

“Everything's shit, would never book again. We went to Las Palmas Eco Residence right next to it, this was perfect!”

Josefina Medina: I booked far in advance. However, when I got to your property you were overbooked and wanted us to stay in another hotel one night and then move to your property the following day. This proposition was unacceptable. We are in the late seventies. I never received a warning about this problem. I ended up paying more and without breakfast in another hotel. You should compensate us for this trouble.

The location is not bad, but the rooms are almost on the street, there is noise, every transport seems to pass by your room. All the neighbors can hear the paper on the walls of the rooms. The check-in staff does not speak English. Breakfast is not bad. Very disappointing hotel. Based on the ratings and photos, we expected more from him. No sooner than at night.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our overall stay was unpleasant and it ruined our trip.”

We originally booked a one bedroom with two beds, but when we got there we were set up in a condo style suite with a huge balcony, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It was a major upgrade.

Perfect location, sea view from big terrace. If you want, you have big and clean swimming pool with sunbeds.

“SCAM, HORRIBLE STAFF - STAY AWAY”

BAD REVIEW - PART 1 (couldn't fit all below): The worst experience ever! I booked 4 nights through Booking 2 weeks prior to arrival. The reservation was confirmed and active the whole time. It was only upon arrival that they told me I was supposed to pay double the price of my Booking reservation. And it doesn't end there: the lady manager starts yelling at me and insulting me like what was I thinking to pay 'so little money' for such a 'premium' place like I created the price! I'm well aware that she's not allowed to charge me more than the price of my reservation but she insists on a higher price not even apologizing for the inconvenience and mistake on their end (I have my doubpt to believe this was a mistake at all; it looks more like a very bad way of luring tourists and then charging them more last minute when searching for something else is even more inconvenient). The next thing she tells me with a very rule tone is that my reservation is cancelled (although she never cancelled it!) and calls the security guy like I'm a criminal! She could've at least messaged earlier the 'real' price so I could make my decision on time. But as I said, I believe they do this on purpose (later I noticed the same price 'deal' still being active on Booking). I literally had no place to sleep that night, it was already 5 pm, and finding something else on 30+C and with all your luggage was close to impossible and very stressful, and not the way I wanted to be spending my vacation. Of course I called Booking right away and, although they confirmed I was right and they would relocate me free of cost, their 'process' on this is impossible, you wait forever and they just make you wait until you give up and find something yourself as you need a place to stay asap, so they failed to support me on this.

staff was discussing who needs to do the check in. the guy said we couldn’t pay with card but we saw a card machine at the reception. we had to walk 10 minutes to withdraw money. we could choose between two rooms: where either the bedside lamps were broken or the lamp on the ceiling. no apology for this or a “we will try to fix it the next days”. we stayed there for 4 nights… staying in the room we also noticed that the shower was not working properly, the top of the toilet seat was broken and the bathroom door did not close. breakfast was small and good. we were surprised about all the amazing booking ratings so we checked the google ratings after our stay. maybe there was a owner change because the last ratings are all bad, but the older ones are very good. it could be a nice place but they are not taking care of it.

The villas are equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms are spacious, the beds are big and comfortable, staff was always smiley and kind.

“Not as good as it used to”

Back in 2018 my stay was awesome but things have changed. The management is poor, water wasn't clean and smelly, I had paid for breakfast but found that it was closed and when they reopened it I wasn't told. It's unfortunate because the facility is pretty if only it were well managed.

Nice little houses, a few steps from the beach. Comfortable and spacious.
