“Peaceful and private”

Such a lovely peaceful location tucked a street back from the main road, with only three rooms available it’s a very private property. I stayed in the Bungalow which was gorgeous, decent size and lovely patio with lounge and hammock. Air conditioning provided in rooms plus a fan. WiFi connection is great and available in the rooms. The grounds are beautiful full of lots of plants, insects and birds, definitely for the guests who enjoy being surrounded by nature. Breakfast can be provided as a small cost if requested. Great location in walking distance to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

“Spacious room in lush beautiful garden surroundings”

We loved the beautiful garden the rooms were situated in which made it feel very private. The hammock and seating area outside the room were a lovely space to relax and felt like we had a ‘living room’. The owners were lovely, approachable people and were super responsive over message and in person. They had written a very comprehensive guide on recommendations of things to do in the area, how to check in, restaurants, nearby doctors etc which was the best we’d seen on our trip and so helpful to plan for our stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic- within a matter of minutes you can have your feet in the sand. Would highly recommend staying here!

Alessandro and Kamille are incredible hosts, kind and very knowledgeable about the area. The home is a short walk to all amenities, beaches and beautiful walks. The property is gorgeous with a beautiful natural pool, an oasis. Kamille and Alessandro make you feel so welcome. I definitely recommend staying here.

I loved the garden and the natural pool. This is great for a short-term stay as there is not kitchen. They do have a fridge and coffee/tea amenities. The room was very lit and the beautifully decorated. The bathroom is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the room temp was fresh.

All the green, nature around us. The inviting spirit of Alex and Camille. They were very helpful. We needed a backpack, Alex provided one.

Casa Picaflor was like a home away from home. Ale and Kamille have made this place into a little slice of natural paradise. The room is beautiful with a nice little hammock for chilling, plus a coffee table for morning breakfasts which are 10 USD and lovingly prepared. As many have said the place is so nice you almost don't want to leave, but exploring Las Terrenas. Ale and Kamille made us feel super at home, we had some great chats, hung out with them and their friends on New Year's Eve and went to the same party with them. It was a wonderful wonderful stay. Oh and the natural pool is soooo good. Swim every day.

I reccomend this stay in Las Terrenas! The room is very big and clean, located in a nice quiet garden but very very close to the city center and the beach. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we had a couple of small issues but communication was great and they solved them right away! :) They even offered us a welcome drink and gave us some nice suggestions about places to eat in Las Terrenas and some tips on our upcoming trip!

An amazing stay! The place is beautiful, just a few steps from the beach, surrounded by charming restaurants and a wonderful beach for walks. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, and the atmosphere they create in their home is fantastic. A cozy pool, delicious breakfasts, very clean and beautiful. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

I loved staying here. It feels like a lovely secluded cabin in the jungle, but it is only a few minutes' walk from the beach. The hosts are great - welcoming, friendly, helpful, and generous. The decor of the room is delightful.

It was lovely, very well decorated, AC was working very well and very clean. Location was perfect as is in the middle of everything so easily you can go north or south. Very lovely host that gives you recommendations on everything. Lovely breakfast.
