Located in Las Rozas, north of Madrid, the Exe Gran Hotel Almenar is ideally located in a residential area, opposite Las Matas railway stations and just 25 km from downtown Madrid. It is in close proximity of the Las Rozas Business Park, Casino Gran Madrid, the Heron City Entertainment Centre, and Factory and Las Rozas Village Outlet Shopping Centres. “Great location for getting to Madrid. Quiet and comfortable.”
Very spacious, big atrium which you would think would carry noise, but it doesn’t. Well air conditioned. God location for public transport to Madrid. Excellent value breakfast. Pleasant staff.

What’s good about the hotel: The staff is friendly and welcoming The location is decent The area is quiet Convenient access to roads in all directions There is a brothel nearby (which might be a plus for single men)

The hotel is brilliant. Very modern and clean. The room was very good. Big and the beds are comfy. If you only want to stop over and aren't hungry, it will be perfect.

The size of the room was amazing big! We were 3, 2 in one bedroom and 1 in the living room. On the living room there were a desk perfect for work if needed. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The park for car is free, and the spaces quite big.
