“Badly mantained apartments but very nice staff”
The reception and cleaning staff were all very helpful. The cleaning staff were delightful. They tried their best to resolve problems caused by lack of maintenance and the fact that the rooms are badly in need of renovation. The staff all did their best with what were poor standard rooms. Free underground parking very good. Proximity to Las Rozas station very easy. Aldi just down the road. The heating in the living room was good. The apartment was spacious so if it had been well maintained it would have been good.

“Convenient stop off through Madrid”
Nice large room with plenty of space and small kitchenette with fridge. Bathroom suite a bit dated and could do with a refurb but clean and good location just off the motorway in Madrid with good off road parking. Friendly and helpful staff and good value breakfast. Dog friendly with outdoor terrace area where she could join us while we had our breakfast. Green areas outside to exercise the dog. Would stay again if we needed an overnight stop off through Madrid.
