“I will visit again”
Breakfast was good, Nicaraguan style with good coffee. The location is great because allows you to walk to both sides of the beach and find different swimming locations depending on the ties and current that are changing all day long.

“Perfect location on the beach, next to all restaurants”
Location was perfect. We liked the beach charis and shades on the beach. Room was big and spacious. Staff friendly.

“Great stay hard working staff.”
The staff are very kind and hard working. The food was delicious and good value for money. The location is brilliant. The dog on site is very chilled. The common area is a nice place to chill. The internet was very good. We booked 2 nights and stayed a week. I would definitely recommend coming here and I hope to return on this trip.

excellent location right at the beach, very quiet but a few really good local restaurants and bars just next door in easy walking distance, as well as small shops. Good size room and kayaks for rent at fair price.

It's right on the beach!! Good price for rooms and coldest beers.. helpful and friendly staff. Would have stayed longer if there was an ATM, or could pay by card anywhere in Las peñitas.

I stayed here several years ago when it was in a lot better shape and more well taken care of and it was really the location that it appealed to me from back then . I wanted to return this time with my partner in order to hopefully enjoy the same Stay that I had enjoyed several years back. Even though the place is rubbled down a bit now it is still a good spot to enjoy a great sunset and have a cold drink Well doing so.
